Cancellation Policy for Events

1. Cancellation by Attendees:

Up to 48 Hours Before the Event: Full refund of the registration fee. Less Than 48 Hours Before the Event: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by the Organizer:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, attendees will receive a full refund of the registration fee. We will notify all registered attendees via email as soon as possible and provide details on the refund process.

3. Transfer of Registration:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us in writing with the new attendee’s details at least 48 hours before the event.- Transfers within 48 hours of the event may not be accepted.

4. No-Show Policy:

No refunds or credits will be provided for attendees who do not show up for the event without prior notification.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your registration due to a medical emergency, death in the family, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes to the Event:

We reserve the right to make changes to the event’s date, location, speakers, or agenda. In the event of significant changes, registered attendees will be notified promptly and given the option to request a full refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled event.
